Section 2
CONSENT & SAFETY
Agree on hard limits and a safe-word before you start.
Handcuffs: snug, never tight; keep the key close.
Keep water, lube, and after-care supplies handy.
Check in often. Arousal is great, real pain or discomfort is not.
Section 3
QUICK SET-UP
Place the board, money, cuffs, and both card decks within reach.
Shuffle TREASURE and COMMUNITY decks face-down.
Every player starts with $1,500 Love-Bucks

Pawns go on GO. Highest single dice roll (or the player wearing the least) takes the first turn.
Section 4
HOW A TURN WORKS
Roll
Roll both dice.
Move
Move your pawn forward the total.
Act
Follow the instructions on the space.

DARE squares – pay the fee printed on the board, then perform the dare.

TREASURE / COMMUNITY – draw the matching card, read it aloud, obey immediately (or keep it if the card says so).​

Pay/Collect squares – pay or collect the shown amount.
Pass the dice clockwise (unless you are in Jail – see Section 5).
SECTION 5
JAIL (THE NAUGHTY CORNER)
“Go to Jail” sends you straight there: cuff both wrists in front.
While cuffed you must keep playing, rolling, and doing dares with the cuffs on.
Ways to get out (choose on YOUR turn):

Pay $100 to the Bank.

Play a “Get Out of Jail Free” card.

Roll doubles.

Perform a 30-second exhibition (dance/tease/strip) judged “worthy” by the other players.
Once you’re free, unlock – or keep the cuffs on if everyone’s into it.
SECTION 6
TWO WAYS TO LOSE INSTANTLY
BANKRUPTCY – If you owe more than you have and can’t raise cash (see “Staying Solvent”), you’re out.
ORGASM – The FIRST player to climax (however you both define it) is eliminated immediately.
Last lover standing who is still solvent AND still edging wins Adultopoly.
SECTION 7
STAYING SOLVENT
(OR BUYING TIME)
Clothing Collateral: remove one garment for an emergency $100 from the Bank.
Favor IOU: sign a future fantasy for a $200 loan.
If you can’t do either, you are bankrupt and out.
SECTION 8
STAYING UN-CLIMAXED
Tease, edge, enjoy – but the moment you climax, you lose.

Edging Bonus: after every turn you remain uncrossed, collect $20 from the Bank.
SECTION 9
WHAT EACH BOARD SPACE MEANS

DARE Alley (red): pay the printed fee and perform the printed kink. Fail → pay double.
TREASURE Chest: draw a TREASURE card – usually a cash swing plus a treat.
COMMUNITY Heart/Key: draw a COMMUNITY card – usually a spicy stunt, no cash change.
Free Parking: five-minute cuddle/snack break; first player here also collects $100.
GO: every time you pass, collect $200 and plant a lingering kiss.
Go to Jail: move directly to Jail and cuff up.
SECTION 10
OPTIONAL EXTRA-SPICE RULES
(USE ANY OR ALL)
Moan Tax
Any involuntary moan costs $10 to the Bank (another player must call it out).
Time-Bomb Dares
Set a 2-minute timer; if you fail to finish a dare, roll again while still doing it.
Strip-for-Cash
Each removed clothing item = $100 credit; items stay off until the game ends.
Hand-in-Handcuffs
Pay $150 to cuff yourself for three full turns; you earn +$50 each of those turns and cannot be eliminated by orgasm during that span (partner must tease hands-free).
SECTION 11
WINNING & AFTERCARE
When every other player has either climaxed or gone bankrupt, the remaining player is the Grand Champion of Adultopoly.
The Champion picks one unfulfilled IOU, wish, or fantasy earned tonight to be honored within seven days.
Cool-down: unlock cuffs, hydrate, cuddle, and share compliments – or reset and start another round minus the cash and with orgasm elimination only.
